What Happens To My Case Once I Have Sent It?

The client details are logged onto the system and the case is then sent to the sales team. A statement is taken and the details referred to the solicitor. After reviewing the circumstances, the solicitor advises Injuries Direct whether the case is able to proceed. At this point we will contact you and if the cases has not been accepted, we will provide you with a grace period before the client is informed. This will allow you to decide whether you want the case to be sent elsewhere, which many other companies do not provide. If the case has been accepted, payment will normally be made within five days or fourteen for a slip trip.
